Hello everyone,
Some of you know the not so nice situation I was put in at LOTRguide forum with another retailer. I got an apology email from UC this AM and wanted to post it out here. Considering that they were not looking to good about all of it either and I did not want anyone thinking ill of them. Some people did email me asking if they could contact them and stress their concerns.

First of all I want to apologize for your previous emails going unanswered. I also want to thank you for your history of purchasing United Cutlery products. Your loyalty means a great deal to us as a company. At the time Philip told you that there wasn't a rep for your territory we were transitioning a new employee into the company. She is now in place and working accounts from the South and Southwest, her name is Tracy Shults and her phone number is 1-800-548-0835 ext. 3084 and email tshults@unitedcutlery.com. Tracy can help you directly with any problem you have or with orders etc.
I also want to apologize for any role United Cutlery had in the situation you described in your email. We had no knowledge of the situation and if we contributed to it was through a misunderstanding or miscommunication. Your account is still open with us and I want to again express our gratitude to you as a customer. We look forward to any future business we might do with you directly or through our distributors and we wish you good luck.
