I doubt sending multiple pm's is helping given the fact the OP has already stated he is busy with real life.

Not everyone visits the Forum several times a day, some only visit a few times a week, some even less than that as they have lives outside of the 'web. This thread has only been active for 3 days and you've sent 'Many PM's'. May I suggest a little patience, I'm sure the OP will get back to you asap.
