They then said they would send my replacment ASAP! :google

I already had the replacement about a month ago before I smashed the original!

i placed an order one time for multiple pieces.
They shipped it to me, then a week later I got another shipping notice for the same order, except it had been split into 2 shipments this time. I contacted SS to let them know I had already received the complte order and not to ship the 2nd half.
they thanked me and told me to keep the partial shipment even though I was only charged once.
.... then they apologized :lol

I did suggest in my email that if they want to send me a free 1/4 PF Star Wars figure, then I wouldn't mind a exclusive General Grievous... but I don't fancy my chances! :lol

Yeah, I had the same thing happen on some prizes I won from, I think it was Toy Fair of 2005. They sent everything together in one big box, and then about a week later, sent another signed Frank Black figure and an Orc Crow-faced helm in a separate shipment. I emailed Chicky to return the items and she only wanted the Frank Black figure back because it probably needed to be shipped to someone else, and told me to keep the extra helm! Sideshow RULES!!! :chew
