The "General Obi Wan," if you mean the one in clone armor, has a headsculpt that fits on Sideshow Prometheus bodies, hot toys, and most hot toys-compatible bodies. It needs one of those ball-jointed neck posts. It should fit on any HT body, really.

As for the clothes, I don't really know. They should theoretically fit on a HT body, TrueTypes and Bucks are almost the same size from what I can tell.

I've got the Clone Obi head on a Hot toys TT with the Episode II gear on him, and it looks great. I'd go for the Hot Toys narrow shoulder body, it'll look great.

the jedi actually looks REALLY good on the older truetypes with the overly broad shoulders. It helps to hold the jedi robes in their proper places.
This is one time that odd body proportions actually work very well for a figure.
