It took them 10 days and 2 emails from me to tell me they had oversold the Sideshow/Weta statue I had ordered from them. It was "oversold before the inventory management program kicked in".

This I can understand and had they notified me within a day or 2, I would have had no problem with them. But their claim that I "did not receive their previous email" just doesn't do it for me. This was my first and last order with them.

I disagree,

They have gone out of their way for me MANY times.

Great company IMO.

Gruson -- I completely understand your opinion if you have had good service from this company. I am sure most customers have.

On the other hand, I did not. 10 days and 2 emails to find out they oversold is just too long. Perhaps because this was my first (attempted) purchase from them, I was less forgiving than if I had previous good experience.

I have ordered from them a couple times and was very happy, I will admit they are slowww in the email department. My first order with them took about 2 weeks till it shipped out and I didn't get a reply to my emails till it did, but one thing I like about them is that when they have a piece that is selling over retail they will sell it for alot lower than on ebay or other dealers.

I just got a seven statue order in, and while I haven't unpacked them yet, (so I can only hope there is NO damage) everything went well so far....:dance

My guess, Probably went the way of ebay. If I had all those rare items, I suppose I would do the same... from a buisiness stand point.

I placed an order on Feb 23 and I'm still waiting for notice of shipment... :dunno

Emailed them on Feb 28 and they responded immediately apologizing for the delay, stating they were backed up on shipments but it would go out that weekend (3/5 - 3/6).

Weekend came and went with no notice of shipment. I emailed them again yesterday morning and haven't received a reply yet.

Definitely starting to get worried. :\

I find that calling the number and leaving a message is the best way to reach SNA. I started ordering with them last year and so far I'm very happy with them. Trust me, they're there, just a little slow on the replies.

I received an email from them stating that they got my message too late to call me back but that my order is ready to go and that they are simply backlogged big-time on the shipping. Should be shipping out this week. So I feel a ton better. I don't mind a delay but at least an email from them, giving the status would have done wonders for their P.R.

Yep, my seven statue order is in, (650 with shipping, not bad) and all is well. It took a little while due to small operational staff, but they are worth it. NO worries, it will arrive. Getting ahold of them is hard, just keep trying. I called right when they opened and got right through:)

They can be slow with the emails, BUT REMEMBER they are at the mercy of Sideshow!!!:help

Dont worry they will pull throught as the are FAR from :puke AITO...

Just preordered the New Aragorn and Legolas and Gimli on Arod from SNA! Very happy with the price. Saved me about $70 over retail. These are my first orders from this company. They always have good prices, and I look forward to many more orders in the future.

They have been very good to me.
I got Elrond, a Fell beast, and 2 Glaladhrim Archers, without any problems. Robert at SNA has been a good dealer.
Shipping charge is above average but overall still a good deal.
