Bumping because I can't believe that only 6 of us are collecting these glorious items!

If that's true, it's a shame becuase these are the most impressive busts ever.

But it looks like the six of us who are collecting are completists!
Can't wait to see how GG will handle their SDCC exclusives. I hope they don't do a raffle for Malfoy...

At least you'll be there with 3 chances to get him if they do. Trust me I hope they aren't doing a raffle too because some great guy told me he'd pick me up one :D
Do retailers usually get any of the exclusives? I wouldn't imagine they would but it seems like a good question.

Depends on when they go on sale. If they go up on Preview night then the retailers will buy them all and then sell them the next day at their booths for $300 each. :sick

I e-mailed GG bemoaning the fact that us poor Euro fools have to pay e-bay prices and suggested that they should think about keeping some back.
They told me to watch the collectors club e-mails...

I haven't filled in the numbers yet, just waiting for my Dobby and Dementor.
Any other suckers getting the Tonner dolls? I just got a bunch on ebay - $100 each. They have the trio in both school robes and dressed for the Yule Ball. The likenesses are pretty good too.

They will and have done it as long as there have been exclusives.

That's not encouraging. I won't pay over $100 for one of these.

I will be extremely irritated if I invest the time and money to go to SDCC and GG does not allow me to purchase their exclusives...

It isn't very often that one can get in on the very, absolute ground floor of any collectible line. :emperor
Not only are these very well done, but the price is still extremely affordable (in comparison to some others of this quality). When this line finally gathers heat (and I'm hoping that it will in anticipation of the last book and the next movie next year), I will laff at the interest these will generate. Mwaaahhahaha!!!!:D (and even if they don't, I don't care cuz I LIKE 'em!!)

Don't worry Tom, just make sure you get a raffle ticket everyday you are there, with enough patience you will bring one home. Although when I was at CIII last year I bought the Sandtrooper with no problem, all I had to do was get in line, but any and every year at SDCC they have always done raffles. In other news here is my Dementor, here's hoping for "he who shall not be named."
