I don't think that's a picture of the actual Sideshow figure--just a still photo from the film. They did that with Han Solo for a while until they had a final production picture to put up in its place.

Are you sure Tom? I don't remember him ever having his arms spread out like that while he had the cape on. The first thing he does is take his cape off when fighting Obi.

Right- I didn't mean that it was an actual screen cap from a scene in the movie, but rather that it's one of the promotional still shots using the CGI model of the character as he appears in the film, and not a picture of the Sideshow product.
