Conan (TBS)

So who else is really glad Conan is back? Hes been back for about a month now and I've been watching him every night he's on. These past two weeks now though, hes really been getting into the groove, had some great guests and bands and letting the writers run wild. Its been just as funny as the old show ever was, I'm really happy they managed to get back on track so quickly.

I've also gotten the Minty song stuck in my head now and agree it should be a new Holiday classic!

l love Conan. l am glad he is not hosting The Tonight Show anymore. it wasn't for him. l like watching Jay Leno hosting The Tonight Show. l actually stopped watching The Tonight Show when Conan took over. so l am glad Jay is back for that, and now Conan has his own show that suits him.

I keep forgetting about it, but watch when I can. His show now feels just like the old one to me.

I like everything about it except Andy Rictor(sp), nothing against Andy...but I don't like the whole co-host sorta thing. In my opinion it's better when it's just Conan in complete control of the camera and the jokes, etc.

I preferred it when Joel and Max were the "sidekicks."

I too miss them. But at least the rest of the band is the same (even the replacement drummer is a familiar fill-in for Max when he went on tour); unlike Leno's new band which is a totally new crew and I haven't warmed up to them at all.

I don't follow late nite tv one bit.

Andy was a bit awkward on the old show on NBC, but on this new ones he's been alot funnier. Especially last week. Definately glad that he's involved.

I do miss Max and Joel however, especially theyre photo adventures. Those were always over the top.
