HI sideshow
I like the shelob piece but it is kind of missing something
for me without sam. frodo is on the ground and shelob is
going for a strike at absolutely no one. with that space
that is empty on the base in front of her it wood be ideal
to have sam there. it just doesnt seem like complete
piece to me. its just annoying that a great opertunity was lost without sam and it would have made it a
fantastic combination and a action piece. this one just cries out for sam and that is a waste. how about a comanion statue for shelob. it would be welcome:p .
the Lord of the rings line is fantastic keep it up

Whoever said that was Frodo on the ground? Did ya think about that? ;)

He was after shelob wrapped him and dropped him to the ground.

Could be a generic orc that she came across. Did ya think about that? ;)

Well this is supposed for Sideshow employees to answer questions but since we are asking about this statue let me throw something in there.

On the Shelob picture of the Statue, "Frodo" is facing the wrong way.

I AM a Sideshow employee, buddy. :p

And like I said, it doesn't say ANYWHERE it's Frodo....

Ah, the beauty of imagination...

:D

In my mind, it's definitely Frodo. But Shai is right, you can pretend it's a pre-Gollum's treachery Shelob too.

In my mind, it's that kid that threw that whatever-it-was at my windshield, and caused that crack!! >:

I like to pretend it's Paris Hilton.

TOO TRUE, WHERES SAM?

If its not Frodo on the ground it makes it less interesting and you should design another one the way the guy who started this thread suggests. A far better idea that would have been, maybe you should employ him! Im not going to say his idea is bad or agree it may not be frodo as it should be. Cant see the relevance to the statue if its not! Thats just a bad answer to a perfectly good suggestion!
