Fireside Collectibles and Sideshow Freaks bring you a chance to win your very own original Patient Zero!

That's right, the 12" figure so disgusting that even it's creators deny it's existence. This member of the walking corpse brigade has escaped from his biohazard proof coffin, but he's still in mint condition (for a decaying corpse). And said coffin is included! (For the pedestrian among you, the figures mint, but the box has been opened).

What do you have to do to win this creature? Just identify the movie that each of the zombies below came from. Be careful, there may be a trick question or two in there...

A winner will be drawn from all the emails that have the most correct answers.

Submit your email by midnight May 10th. Good luck, the fate of humanity could depend on your zombie knowledge!

Yeah, I've been going crazy today... asking people at work to look at the pictures and tell me if they recognized #1 and #5... Everyone was sure they'd seen zombie 5 somewhere, but of course could not identify him.

I have looked everywhere but can't figure it

Yeah, five is the one I am having issues with. I know it from somewhere but am severely stumped on what the Hell movie it came from. I too have went to about a million different zombie pages and index's that I think I am gonna see the undead in my sleep... (as if I don't enough already..)

I actually passed this figure up when it was originally for sale because I was buying two of the other exclusives (Oz and Hellboy) and didn't want to carry too many figures home from the convention. I really regret that decision..
