Phone number for Sideshow outside the U.S.?

I asked this in the other forum (weta) but got no response.

I live in canada and when I call the 1-800 number it won't let me through. What number do I call to get ahold of customer service? I don't care if it's not toll free, I'd just like to call them since they have never answered one of my emails despite me spending close to $1500 on their site recently. :( :rolleyes

I just want to talk to someone...ANYONE...it's just something simple. I want to change my shipping method from UPS to Fedex.

That is weird.. I know from people in the Netherlands who have had contact with SS by phone. So I think it would be possible for you as well.

It's not...when I dial the 1-800 number it says "the call cannot be completed as dialed" or something like that.

If anyone from SS is reading this, can you post a non-800 number?

Voicemail is your best bet, and our cs folks will return your call, usually within 2-3 business days.
