I know Brant hasn't stopped by in a while, but this forum is getting a little out of hand. I know we all want our questions answered, but I don't think bumping threads is going to help. In the interest of making this more fun for Brant and others I'm going to be cleaning house of all the customer service and shipping questions.

I'm also getting rid of all of the "will you be/you should be doing..." threads.

I m with you all the way on the posts ^^^^^ing about the shipping and moaning, uninspiring posts about broken product, etc.Along with the majority i m sure,i feel these are best taken up with Sideshow personally, through e-mail or telephone. Also, requests for outright information about upcoming lines which will compromise Sideshow and give competitors an edge.Sorry you re having a bad day,but the Suns shining here.
I do nt see what problem posts suggesting little tweaks here and there pose though. We fans are passionate and knowledgeable about our favourite lines.I m thinking specifically here about Superados suggestion of packaging the air pistol with the 1/4 scale Bond, elsewhere in this section.Little things we notice that Sideshow may have overlooked but which enhance our personal enjoyment of the product. After all,we know they ca nt take any of these suggestions on board do nt we?And at the end of the day we ve gotta ask Sideshow something or "Ask Sideshow" as a forum becomes a redundant concept.
I d just like to add that Brant can take his own sweet time over answering these questions. It s obvious that Sideshow have increased their media profile through LOTR a hundred -fold,and rightly so.Also,Toyfair by it s nature is the busiest time of year so he s snowed under with a myriad of different aspects i ca nt begin to think of.As you say,the majority of us are extremely grateful for his input, however small. It s a darn sight more than you get from other, lesser companies.

Yes, Minimodel, I'm taking the suggestions on a case by case basis. I agree the 1/4 scale Bond suggestion was a good one and I believe I've left it up. But threads such as "you should do a "insert LOTR character here" or "please do "insert license here" will be removed.
