Spike Delayed?

Hi.

In this photo from Toy Fair

it says that Spike will be released in May/June, the same time as Faith. However the website says - and has for a while - that Spike will be coming out in April/May.

I was just wondering which date is more accurate at this point in time?

Not delayed - severly. We took an extra week to add the scar detail on his eyebrow, but they're just about finished now. I would expect them to arrive at the warehouse late April. Looking good, too.

Well, he's all sold out at the Sideshow site. Did Sideshow find it suprising that he sold more quickly then Buffy and Angel?

I'm not surprised he sold out quicker. It's a killer sculpt and he's possibly a more popular character.

Yeah, I doubt many fans would be suprised, especially in light of the sculpt. I guess what I was getting at was the way in which most companies who obtain a Buffy license get fixated on the title character, even though she is really only 'as' popular as the others.

But then, Sideshow seem to be fans as well as a company, so I guess they had a good idea of what would happen.

Yeah and I had two and am giving up one to another board member. Guess I only need one though.
