Hi Brant,
I hope that you guys decide to include this Walther LP53 as an accessory for the 1/4th scale Bond figure:

And based on the above photo, I humbly plead that you consider the proportion of your prototype's large head compared to its too narrow shoulders. Maybe make the head a tad smaller, and make the shoulders broader and more masculine.
Thanks Brant!
Sincerely,
Superado

Nice one Supes!I can only concur.
Legend has it that when Connery turned up for one of the most iconic photoshoots of all time, someone had forgotten to bring the Walther PPK.They were stuck until the photographer mentioned that he had his LP53 air pistol still in the car from target practice the night before. Thus, the Man renowned for his licence to kill started his cinematic career clutching a .22 air pistol!
I d love this piece to be included with the figure, and one slipped in with the 1/6 range at some point. It s a must-have(that statues beautiful is nt it?:p )

Boy, thank goodness for inefficiency! It's pure serendipity that someone forgot to bring the old PPK while someone else had the LP53 in his trunk! The LP53 is such a cool looking pistol, and it was my dad (who is a gun buff) who told me years ago to my surprise that it was an airgun!
Brant, I have an LP-53. If you're interested, I can loan it to Sideshow if you think that a freebie 1/4th scale Connery is not too much to ask in return for the loan! :D

Hey Superado-
We agonized over this decision. Agonized. Ultimately, we decided the PPK was the more signature weapon for Bond, more so than the LP53. The poster artwork reflects both weapons... wish we could do both!
Alas!

Hey,Brant!Good to see you back!:D
So it was cost issues i m assuming that prohibited you including both weapons?Thats a real shame.I can understand you going with the PPK though. It is the one most associated with Bond, and in your shoes i d have done the same.

Hi Brant, yes, welcome back! I see your point and agree. Oh well, I can always try scratch building a 1/4th scale LP53.
However, will you consider my suggestion for the head size? Thanks!
