Hello. I wondered if you could tell me a place to find a list of dealers that sell Sideshow products in the US. I looked on the website, but could not find a US list. I do use this forum's list of online dealers, but I was hoping to visit a store in person. I live in Alabama and I believe that local shops might have hard to find items because there is not much of a market for this type of product in this region of the country. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mike

Please, Sideshow?!? I really would like to know if there is a place I can drive to instead of relying on the internet. Thanks. Mike

I would also like to know of dealers in my area, the only SS piece i've ever seen that wasn't ordered directly from the site was an Aragorn statue some guy had bought at a comic book store, the owner had no idea what he had.

Have you attempted to e-mail customer service? I know that sounds like a silly question but you might just get a reply with the answer you are looking for.:D

I emailed them, and they said there were none in my area and referred me to a website. I wrote back asking what was the closest city with a dealer and they did not write back.
I am sure there are some comic shops or game shops that have these sitting on the shelves, but what a hassle to drive around looking....

I apologize, but I must bring this topic back to the top. I do not receive response emails from customer service anymore and would really like a US dealers list. If it is not possible, I would appreciate my question being acknowledged and possibly a reason why I cannot obtain a list.
Thanks!
Mike

I'd love to help, but unfortunate I'm not in the U.S....
But what I would like to mention is a couple of *possible* reasons why you haven't received a response.
The first is that it's simply not Brant and Co's area of expertise.
The second possibility is that Sideshow don't want to encourage indirect purchases. I don't know how much merit there is in this point, but I have read that Sideshow desire that - eventually - the vast majority of sales will happen directly from them to the consumer. It could be completely baseless, but this is what I've read at a few forums.
Sideshow definitely are uniquely placed when it comes to selling directly to the public, and ending their relationship with Marz and Diamond seems to support the statements in the previous paragraph.
I honestly don't know, though. I'm just speculating based on events that have transpired and what I've read from others.
Hope this helps...

mikeandlauren, Your best bet is to call sideshow and give them youe zip code to see if there are dealers in your area. They did it for me in in a minute and of course there is nothing in my area but it's worth a try. Calling is always better tha ne-mailing them.

Thank you, Chino...
I actually have not tried calling them about this. I am not sure why, but I assumed that it would be a difficult thing for the phone people to do. I didn't realize that it would be easy! I will call tomorrow morning!
