Photoshop help

i dont really know how to use photoshop and i need some help. i dont know if it is possible but i need to get this jersey

Masoli played High School football about two miles from my office. He's a damn good football player, but a bit of an ass.

yea i actually played college ball at an all black college here in mississippi the Jackson State Tigers but i blew out my knee and transferred up to Ole Miss and finished out there. both my parents went to Ole Miss so i guess i was destined.
