who to contact about a bad seller?

So I purchased something from a seller on the forsale forum on july 12th and he claims to have shipped it on the 16th but has not been able to send me the tracking number because he has not been able to make it to his personal computer where he has the number...
So I was just wondering who would I contact about a troll seller on this board? Is there a forsale/trade mod or something?

If you purchased the item from a seller ON THIS FORUM, you can post negative feedback for the seller in the feedback thread here:

Please be sure to be specific in your post and explain why you are giving this person negative feedback.

If you would like someone to mediate between you and the seller - you can PM me the details and I will try to get a hold of the seller.

Yea i think you can claim back your money throught PP if the item havnt turn up. Hope it helps :(
