Hi, Brant.

Just wondering if the revisions to Vampire Willow have been completed and if so should we expect some new photos soon?

I'd also like to take this chance, after seeing the reaction from some others in regards to LOTR edition size news, to apologise if I was too harsh - or outright critical - of Vampire Willow when she was first revealed. Sideshow is really spoken of unfairly sometimes, and it must suck for you to read pure criticisms, especially unfounded ones.

I really appreciate the time you guys take to be here, and would hate to see that end. I know that I try to remain constructive in my criticisms, but I apologise if I ever looked like I was attacking Sideshow. That wasn't my intention.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks and also that I hope you can stay here, despite some rough periods ;) .

The latest revisions have been completed, although info regarding the next wave of photos is more in Brant or Brock's territory. Also, I think I speak for the rest of the guys when I say no sweat about the criticism, it's very welcomed! These guys are passionate about their work and are driven to make everything as accurate as possible, any input (positive or negative, as long as it's constructive) is always valued.

Seriously, though, thanks for the update.

Just a little more on the criticism thing... even though I obviously don't work at Sideshow, I enjoy reading constructive comments from others. But when I see really baseless attacks on the company it makes me feel sorry that you guys have to read it.

I agree, Sideshow is the best company for likenesses to licensed charcters hands down. As an artist it's hard to take or give critisism but I've learned that it's the only way to make improvements in my own work sometimes. I tip my hat to the artisans at Sideshow they show they care about the work and listen to what we the fans/collectors say. If I got the same level of professionalism in every business I deal with my Buffy/Angel figs would've been here from Fed Ex by now.lol

All revisions for this figure have been completed, but I don't know when the revised images are going to be posted. In all honesty, I think we should put an official moratorium on Vampire Willow improvement questions until say... early May? Give us some time to really work the kinks out in China, and we will proudly post images of the final product in all her glory.

Fair enough? Not trying to be vague about this, but it's just one of the rare cases where the figure continues to evolve.

It'll suck to wait but if it's your opinion that photos would best revealed in May, then I can I appreciate that. ;) Especially since you say it's an exception in terms of the numebr of revisions being made.

I guess it makes more sense than putting new photos up only to have them updated a third time.

Thanks Brant for the Info on Vampire Willow and all the other posts you've answered and provided clarification on. I agree with gooball on finding out about the Fluffy sweater willow though.

Guess I will just have to wait and find out though....

Sorry, Honesty, I forgot to answer your question. I saved the icons from another board (moviemaniacs.net) and put them on my webspace. It seems that we've got a decent supply here, though, in the time since you posted your question. :rock
