Brant,
I ve had two packages from Sideshow so far,and both have arrived in perfect condition in a timely, organised fashion. No worries there. But can you do something about how the invoice in the envelope is folded, because it clearly shows not just the name and address, but also my home telephone number and e-mail address.I m not paranoid or anything, but i do nt want that information available to all. Thanks very much.

Can i draw your attention to the enclosed link as well?I know it s not your problem, but it s another opportunity to add to your growing reputation for first-class customer service!

After reading some of the posts in the link, I agree with them. Sideshow shouldn't put what the item is on the package. For all we know some Fed Ex drive is the luckiest scalper of all. I have NEVER had to sign for one, which I like because I have never been home when my packages have arrived.

It might be OK to put the item name, but don't say: "Sideshow Exclusive" on it ;)
