Hey guys. I thought it would be cool to see what kind of enviroment you work in when creating all of these awesome customs and repaints. Seeing Mark's loft gave me some ideas, but I do not have that kind of space. Mark has a dream set up, cheers mate!!
I have a couple reasons why I thought this might be a cool idea for a thread. First, I am just plaincurious, I admit it. I really enjoy seeing peoples setups. Second, I need some ideas for cleaning up and organizing my workspace, case in point....
My work area as we speak, what a mess.

A picture from a few weeks ago, when it was still nice and neat. :D
http://i925.photobucket.com/albums/ad100/Chaka34/workplace1-1.jpg
My helper, my Beagle...Payton. When I am in here working, so is he. :D

Anyways, if you guys think this is a lame idea for a thread, flame away and close it. If not, lets see some pictures of your "wife-free-zone". :D

Mine is constantly a mess. As you are about to see...
main area. I usually sit here in front of the computer to sculpt and paint, easy to grab quick reference pictures.
http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll45/eopie-herder/DSCF0761.jpg
Another sculpting area, usually for large items...
http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll45/eopie-herder/DSCF0762.jpg
Another painting area. Currently being used (or rather not being used) as an area to slowly but surely add hair to my 1:1 Qui-Gon, one hair at a time.
http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll45/eopie-herder/DSCF0763.jpg
And last but not least, where I take pictures...

Nice workshop man :)
My workshop currently consists of a desk that my projects share with a computer :P
In the coming months i'm going to be moving, and part of the plan is to get a 16 foot by 10 foot (tho i much prefer the 18 foot by 10 foot) outdoor workshop, so i can have a dedicated work area.
I'll have pictures as and when it happens :)

I wasn't gonna post pics of my "workshop," but now I see people's areas like unsung's and mine is just the same! Minus the 1:1 Qui-Gon hairy-place... :lol I just do stuff on my desk, same arrangement as unsung... monitor in the middle, CPU on the right, and (now broken! :( ) printer on the right, with about the same amount of junk all over it...
I actually have a whole other desk next to my computer desk, but it's covered with papers and junk and is generally not usable for anything... The plan is to some day clear it off so I can use it as my work area... Like that'll ever happen! :rotfl
And Deckard, I saw you're broken-armed BBi G3.5, I actually have one just like it, same arm that broke and everything! Just snapped off one day while I was posing it... I was being extremely gentle! I just barely touched it and *snap*... :banghead
I'll try to post piccies of my workspace later on if I get the chance... but not right now, I'm too :panic: for now... :lol
Personally Chaka, I think this is a great idea for a thread! :D
Just wait til Dorgs goes and posts pics of his man-cave here, I think everyone will be jealous of his workspace! I've seen pics of it before, and I know I'm jealous...
PS I just glanced over at my other desk thinking "I'll be able to clean that up during the weekend sometime, it'll be easy." And the longer I look at it, the more I think "Hmm... not really..." :lol

Hehe cool idea me likes. First off i love the pets and beagles are cool.
Unsung that 1:1 Qui-Gon is amazing :D
I normally use my room for painting sculpting and doing naughty things with the curtains closed. I have crap on shelves, under the bed, in the wardrobe, loft and the garage lol. Its a complete mess atm but i do tidy up once a week :D

Cool thread and cool pics of everyones work space. Its really cool to see where all of the awome customs come from.
Some I'm just waiting for the pic of the person who converted a bathroom into thier work space with all of the failed customs tossed in the toilet and bathtub! Or one of the customizers who sitting down or laid out on the on floor high on all of the glue fumes.
