Since we know that Venom will be in the movie,it is really possible that the symbiote will go on peter parker first...so the black costume is a possibility...

I think it's just a B&W photo. Look at the rest of the picture...the whole thing is dark...

I have a really dark monitor, so I am not sure I am seeing the whole thing, but it seems like a black and white photo of the regular spidey costume. Now the black and white feel and the pose are really cool, and it looks like Spidey wasn't able to rescue somebody(gewn stacy, cough, cough). I didn't see any color, though, and would be let down if the black spidey costume is identical, just colorless. :dunno
