Manj, these are digital; corel painter, just done relatively quickly for an SW flickr battle. they only exist as files.I do paint in oils, but so far no SW.

These are beautiful pieces of art, really love the falcon one and the one with Han and Greedo with a whole in his head is awesome! I'd love to see them printed on canvas, like you can do with digital photos these days.

@ bidufarewell- For exhibition, I work in oils, the SW stuff was just for fun, not for a show so executed in digital oils.

I paint pretty thin, the thick expressionistic approach works beautifully for Freud, Auerback, Kossof etc but if you're going for photo-realism, thin is better, painting on accumulated layers of skein is a pain.

I love painting something you'd never see, recreating the cool stuff from a different point of view, its great to do that whenever you can. Ornicar's Jabba's palace with Boba, is great example of that, he's totally the master of that. Glad you dig the gruesome!
