another thing you might be able to do is buy very large clear pvc pipe,like the pic,might be expensive not sure,l dont think its to much for what you need.you would need a base for the top and bottom,it would be better then nothing.

I have been in contact with him and the tubes he has are 5mm too small, and he has since created his own custom aluminium base for the arm but it's way too expensive for me
