Best Bases:

Bases are pivotal in how the statue stands. they are highly underrated most of the time and add alot to the sculpt.

please vote for your best bases here then we can make a poll from the top 5 :) You can put up to 3 if they are tied. Pics will also help a lot. Thanks! We'll do a poll at the end to vote among the best.

I like Mystique. The exquisite skull base is intricately detailed and yet not too complicated.

I'll have to agree with you completely on this one.... But since the poll asked for SIDESHOW pieces, I only listed my favorite PF base to date :D

But yeah, I think that CM Predator base is the best OVERALL :rock

I one day wish to get the CM Predator and Jack Sparrow....... :monkey3

But I'll have to wait and see how the SS Jack Sparrow comes out..... It looks EXTREMELY promising :cool:

Nice hulksmashed. Those bases are pretty good. I really like the Maestro hulk one with Spidey's mask. Very nice detail.

I was blown away when I opened up my mystique - those skulls looked amazing. A very close 2nd was rogue's base - the bursting wall is a really nice effect.

Yeah the skulls blew me away as well. Didn't get rogue but the debris effect looked pretty nice from pics.
