I bought mine from a seller on Amazon last year. It cost the same as Sideshow, but I had free 2 day shipping with Amazon Prime. I just glanced at Amazon and found one for over a grand 
I think you should stick with Sideshow, I don't think you'll be waiting long. But if you're concerned about the wait, I'd suggest calling Sideshow, they might be able to give you a timetable.
