So here's what happens when impatience for new Sideshow WWI figures reaches an end. You end up making your own. I managed to find a nude Wyatt Earp on Ebay as well as an inexpensive second figure of the French rifleman as I feared messing up my original one. This is my first attempt at any sort of bashing at all. I always thought the Wyatt Earp figure would make a great version of the WWI French soldier. I dirtied him up somewhat, to represent his time in the trenches and changed his boots (taken from a DID figure). I always felt Sideshow's early Military figures boot size were way too small and adding these boots gives him a better sense of size and weight. I even added some five o'clock shadow but I don't think the camera picked it up. Pop him in front of the Trench Enviroment and there you go. Thought I would just share this with everyone (and hope the picture loaded up ok) who may be jonesing for a new figure.
