I haven't watched a lot of these shows, so I can't fairly make predictions in ALL of the categories, HOWEVER I really hope Kevin Dillon from Entourage takes home the Emmy for Best-Supporting Actor. He really deserves it IMO. :rock

From my understanding, the Wire never won best drama on this award show. Therefore, this show is a sham and means nothing. If I had to hazard a guess as to who will win, I will take the most popular, trendiest show in each category, whatever they might be.

Who was actually watching the Emmy's? Hahahahahaha! ^^^^ the Emmy's!

I'm very happy Mad Men won a couple. That is one show that is amazing from many different viewpoints either the script, acting, costumes and the amazing attention to detail that we appreciate in our own collections of collectibles they have in spades when it comes to set design, camera shots/angles, lighting it the list goes on and on.
If you missed it on the tv go out and get seasons 1 and 2 on Blu Ray and you will see what I mean.

I thought the show was pretty good, NPH makes for a great host, although he wasn't as natural and spontaneous as Hugh Jackman or some other hosts. 100,000x better than last year when the Reality Hosts hosted though.

Can't say that I was in agreement with many of the awards though - Jon Cryer? And too many winners from last year, although I did like them - Glenn close, Alex Baldwin, Bryan Cranston. And I really don't understand all the great love for Mad Men - show bores me to tears. It certainly didn't deserve to have ALL the writing nominations, especially with BSG out there.

Considering the other nominees, I don't get the Jon Cryer win. Then again I've never watched Two and a Half Men, so what do I know.

I'm was glad Toni Collette won. And it was nice that Kristin Chenoweth won because it gave Pushing Daisies some recognition. And she deserved it. I'm still waiting for Dexter to see some love.

This was my favorite part of the show:

Yea, that was hilarious. And I agree about Kristin and Toni - well deserved. Two & a Half Men is the only show in that category that I don't watch regularly, so it was a bit of a surprise for me. Although I know the show is popular.
