What's the significance of the skull that comes with him? It's been a while since I've seen any episodes so my memories are getting a bit fuzzy.

no significance at all -- it's like the skull-on-a-book-on-a-candle-thingie that came with oz -- just a cool little accessory to throw in :wacky
