Looks pretty good, but something about it is giving off a gargoyle vibe 
I think it might be the ears, they are a little thick or wide. Maybe should be a little longer and pointer, not so oval shaped. Or maybe its just me?

I like it a lot, but as King said something is a bit off at least if you are going for animated style. But as is, still recognizable as Panthro, but more of a real world interpretation.
