If there is anyone out the who reads comics, have you gotten the latest What If? Featuring Wolverine. Only a few pages into it, there are 2 drawings of Wolverine. One, shows a full body shot of him looking like the Sideshow statue. There is also a head shot that resembles the statue as well.

I just thought it was pretty neat that an artist took the time to draw it in a way that reflected the statue.

Did anyone else notice this?

I have the What If Wolverine issue coming from Midtown Comics this week. I'll have to check that out.

Oh, yeah, he could take the time to draw it.

If an artist uses something, lets say an expensive Sideshow statue as reference material, he/she can write off the purchase of said expensive statue on his/her US tax return that year as long as it's obvious that it was used as a reference for a job. ;)

I realize that an artist can take the time to draw something from looking at it. I just thought that it was neat that they took the time to depict a Sideshow piece.
