well, he's on the USO tour in Baghdad. Claiming to be the US Army's newest member and sporting a ACU pattern suit, Colbert is taping his show from saddam's water palace. However, a stern President Obama appeared on the big screen stating her heard Colbert's boasts with his giant ears (nice touch), and subsequently ordered the CO of the Multinational Force, Gen. Odierno to shave his meticulously coiffed head. As a former trooper and Iraq vet, i got a kick out of this. Hope you enjoy! Here's the clip.

The man has so much power its insane.

He stole Chuck Norris's bridge, he has a part of the space station named after him.

And now he can goto Iraq and have the president on a guest appearance, wheter it was taped or not, that is damn impressive.

sadly nasa reneged on the deal and named a treadmill in the urine recycling/exercise module after him.

I wonder how much he gets paid not to run for President. I mean seriously, who wouldn't vote for him? I could seriously see him and Jon Stewart winning the presidency if they actually ran. It would be like that Robin Williams movie :lol

he actually did try and run but the RNC wanted 250k filing fee, the DNC accepted his application but took him off the south carolina ballot because his campaign was blatantly sponsored by doritos. up until he was removed from the ticket he was ahead of paul, kucinich, vilsack, richardson, brownback, tancredo, and a few i can't remember.

It was an awesome couple of episodes, I am really looking forward to the rest. Definitely the most I have laughed in a while. The boot camp bit was especially hilarious. :rock

Stephen Colbert is amazing. He is the only comedian that I am consistently amused by. The guy is so smart and quick off-the-cuff during interviews, it's incredible. But I wouldn't want him to turn into a politician for real. It would ruin everything that is honest and pure about him :lol (for real though)

He's doubly good, because he's not only quick and smart, but he remains in character the entire time.

The boot camp was pretty funny - I loved the dancing to the cadence.
