Ultimate Avengers on DVD - Feb.?

Don't have the article in front of me, but I swear I read in Variety that the straight to DVD Avengers movie (based on the Ultimates) will be out the first week of February. Anyone seen anything else about this on the web?

I've been looking forward to this for the last two years. The Ultimates is a very good read. But not to be negative, I hope Avi doesn't screw it up. Every time I read an interview with this guy and he mentions his "vision" for a movie project I groan. The best of the Marvel movies are the ones with the strongest outside participation like X-Men and Spiderman with strong directors and studio involvement. This is more Avi's show. But I promise to remain positive until I see it myself. Like with Superman Returns. It's doesn't do any good to worry too much about funky costumes and weird story lines till the final product arrives. Real curious what the art and animation is going to look like. It's going to be tough to come up with something like the comic in this format.
