So, for some reason, FedEx does not deliver Punisher on Weds. like they're scheduled to do. I leave for my relatives for Thanksgiving, and FedEx comes by on Friday and Saturday when I'm 200 miles away. The final attempt was made fifteen minutes ago, I'm glad I stayed home and awake [I work 3rd shift].

My Bradstreet Punisher arrives and I eagerly open the box, hoping it will be a low number for once. But no-oooh, it's even worse than the usual crappy high digit. They put a regular Punisher within the Bradstreet outer box. Now I've got to contact SS, ship it back, and then wait another two weeks or so to finally see my Bradstreet....

I didn't open it, past the outher box. Why go through all that when I've just got to repack it and send it back later?

The box art for the Bradstreet version is the same as the regular, it just has the narrow skull overlaid in a matt finish around the corners. I would open it and look at it before sending it back.

Yes - that'd truly suck if it was the correct statue, and you shipped it back
without opening it to find out that fact. I had an AP bust recently that was
shipped in the regular box, which was correct from the factory. If I hadn't
opened it, I'd have never known it was an AP and not a regular version.

Thanks for the heads-up, guys. I had already called the SST customer service number by the time I read this, but I'm glad to have a resource like this to correct my misinterpretations.

A nice lady at SST gave me the information that the Bradstreet edition did not have unique graphics on the packaging. I think it was the 075 out of 1000 written on the side of the box that really threw me off.

A big shout-out to Ann [?] at SST for passing on the info without even once shouting "Hello... McFly?"

Well what did you think of him? My regular version was suppose to show up today but looks like it will be tomorrow now.

I'm pretty happy with him, although I still cringe whenever I see pieces you've got to plug in. The shirt covers those seams just fine. Going to be a job to figure out where all those clips go on the assault vest. I'm kind of short of time so I just slapped them in wherever.

I like the sculpt, I always felt that Thomas Jane [?] was too pretty for a character like Frank Castle....

It's really a no brainer. The large M4 ammo clips go in the pouches of the harness he's wearing on his chest. The single small M9 ammo clip goes into the small pocket in the front of the pistol holster. As for the thin Uzi clips, I put those in the large pouch on his right. And the grenades hang on the shoulder straps of his harness. Be carefull when moving him around, as the grenades can fall off.
