Anyone own both Bowen & DST Mystique busts?

Having trouble with the Statue Forum server tonight (reaaaaally slow) so I thought I'd post here...

I'm thinking about getting into the Marvel busts and looking at the Mystique busts by Bowen and the one by DST. Anybody have experience or viewed both in person and have an opinion?

I'm leaning toward the DST version, seems to me to be more going on in that bust, more textures or something.

It would be sacrilege over there, but I've never understood the worship of all things Bowen. The DST one does seem to have a little more attitude and isn't as "comic-booky" as the Bowen one.

I'm not as big on Marvel as DC, but the Hard Hero Thor is kinda calling to me too...

I did a comparo on these two when the Bowen released. I think the Lisner one from DST is much nicer, however it was right before DST started numbering the bases, which has deterred the value....but if you want i on looks along, DST is sexaaaay!

I have the DST bust very cool, I REALLY dont like a lot of the bases used for Bowens busts they either are to bulky looking. Or they connect to "thin" to the base. Although the last couple releases from him the bases have been really cool (Absorbing man, spider woman, Sandman).

Funny, but they'd say the same thing about Sideshow! Or Attakus, or ..... :mwaha

I like the look of both busts, but I like the DST version the best.
But, when in doubt, get both! They'd look nice side-by-side!
