Razor's Edge SSF Customer Information Center

Hi Everyone,

I've done this on GGC with great success, so I figured to start one of these threads here. Since this is where I started when Razor's Opened and alot of our steady customers are part of SSF.

I used to do a blog, but truthfully, it was alot of work and did not get that many reads, so these type of threads usually work really well for us.

I will post in here about stuff coming in, stuff going up for preorder, exclusive announcements, etc.

It will not be a pricing thread, unless someone asks a specific question about any products that we carry.

If anyone has any questions, you can always email me or post in this thread.

Like the GGC thread, I will try to check this at least once per day.

Thanks Guys. We put alot of work into the website.

We always try to stay on top of products, Keep a nice range of stuff in stock and we like to stay in touch with all of our customers.

We will be receiving either late this week or very early next week, our shipment of Enterbay David Palmer and Jack Bauer Real Master Piece Figures.

Sideshow should be shipping our Duel of Light and Fire Dioramas and Hellboy II PF Figures this week as well.

The SS Elvis arrived today.

We will also be putting up our next exclusive this week. So stay tuned for info on it. This is a pretty big one for us. Out of the 4 that we did so far in the past, this is the biggest.

We are really looking forward to it.

Cool deal.

I'm new to collecting and need a-lot of catching up to do plus keeping up with new releases.

I live 2 hours away from the Island so I probably should begin shopping from your place if not going thru SS.

Unfortunately I had my credit card number plus home and email address (and probably home #...ugh) recently stolen from an online merchant but i'm not going to allow that to persuade me from ever shopping online again.

Looking forward to seeing what you have to offer your customers.

Cool. If you are ever in the neighborhood, stop by the warehouse.
We do a large amount of walk in / pick up business.
Sorry to hear about your credit card problems. One of the reasons
when we built our website several years back that we do not store
our customer's credit card info. I don't want the CC info on
our server.

We try to carry a nice mix of products depending on what you
are into.

actually, no better time than now.

I was interested in the new SS Hellboy II PF being released now, which you had mentioned earlier, but I can't locate it in your online store.

Could be that I just did a bad search..

I'm interested in the Regular version. Will you be getting this?

Sure, now works for me. We're actually presold out of the
Hellboy II PF. However, if a customer should cancel their order
once we get it in, that canceled piece turns into "In Stock/Live" inventory.

We do a big preorder business, so on some of the really
hot pieces, they sellout before we get them in from SS.

Mike is IMO the best online 'etailer' bar none, his store is awesome and he is fantastic
I have been buying exclusively from him for many years years now (if not buying direct) and have had no problems whatsoever.

I cannot recommend this guy enough, great guy, amazing service, everything incredibly well packaged and he keeps you informed.
