Now that King Kong is almost complete and PJ will start Executive Producing Halo and directing Lovely Bones. What is your top 4 films you would like to see Peter do in the future. Here are my top 4

1. The Hobbit (Smaug, Battle of 5 Armies, Trolls, Goblin King)
2. Harry Potter 7 (I'm guessing a full on wizard war in that one)
3. X-Men 4 (Mutant war with Sentinals and Apocalypse)
4. God of War (PJ creating monstrous mythological creatures says it all)

I just want him to make The Hobbit before Ian Holm and Ian McKellan get too old, I don't really care what he does after that.

Two more words...

American Gods. He's one of the only directors I would trust with that book.

Yep...there is ONLY one..

Yep, there is one and only one movie that I think everyone wants Peter to do, sooner rather than later.....

The Hobbit, baby!

Let's just hope that the studios exec's, copyright holders, etc. pull their finger out, and get it happening!!

Well, with MGM bought out by Sony, and with Peter Jackson suing New Line, things look more complicated than ever... I am ready for a LONG wait.

I could see him doing Eragon as well if that ever was considered.

Eragon is already filming for a December 2006 release :)

I'd love to see him do a World War I movie, since that's his other big passion apart from Kong.

The Illuminatus Trilogy

The Bartimaeus Trilogy

His Dark Materials Trilogy

(damn thats alot of trilogies) :D

or anything written by Charles Willeford or Tom Robbins.

Hobbit would be cool too. :D

I couldn't agree more. The battle of Helm's Deep in "The Two Towers" is great indicator of PJ's potential in that genre.
