Yep, they are currently the cheapest I am aware of for V1, V2 and the TDK DK bats (V2 and TDK are OOS at the moment).
Great service from Redford Films and you can't beat the price if you are in the US (unless you get a good deal from a board member).

I was real pleased with them. I ordered my BR Joker from them on Monday right before they sold out and got it Friday after work. It was a great belated birthday present.
