No Pm needed but what I am doing is applying filters, despeckling, playing with the sharpness, brightness and contrast, removed the color (that helps to distract), tried adding some lighting effects and artistic media filters. I still don't know whether it is a PF or a Dio but I do see some specific imagery toward the top right of the picture there is:

These things will drive a madman insane. The best way is to just import the pic into paint or photshop and zoom. You can tell what pixels are real, and whats not. At this point though, nada. I spent 8 hours working on that galactic binder contest, and your eyes will start to fool you. Sideshow should have made it a contest, and the first correct guess would win a prize, something like a broken Dallas! :rolleyes:

There will never be a complete Fellowship in the PF line. What I would like to see is a representation of all the hero races, and now we are only one dwarf away from that. (Although I am still waiting for Gandalf the Grey, and that will be a long wait to say the least...) I just can't imagine them doing all four PF hobbits--certainly not in matching outfits, and I wouldn't buy three FOTR costumed hobbits plus Pippin in Citadel Guard armor.

At any rate, we are about fifteen Aragorns away from the entire PF line being sold out. If we keep buying them, they'll hopefully keep making them and I will get my FOTR Gandalf one day.

I'm not sure if they're the same scale, but maybe you could get the Sideshow/Weta Treebeard bust and then display it with the Merry & Pippin 12" figures up in the branches.

But seriously, a Treebeard LSB might be seen as too similar to the existing bust. And PFs aren't head/bust only, so it wouldn't happen in that line.

So I'm wondering if it may be a diorama and not a PF. Maybe the scene from the woods where the fellowship is approached and unarmed by the wood elves prior to meeting Galadriel.

I tried to trace Legolas in red and the lurking shapes in blue.

I noticed that Legolas does not come with the Galadhrim so an elven cloak may be out of the question since this is pre-Lothrien.

Didn't stop SS from including it with the 1/6 figure as the exclusive. I'm hoping he comes with the cloak anyways, he'd pose better next to Aragorn that way (and eventually, Gimli with his cloak too)...

Even if it would be a bit 'inaccurate' to have him come with the cloak based on the timeline of the story.

I think they sensed enough excitement that instead of a Wednesday reveal and Thursday night preorder, they will give us the official reveal and announcement tonight and it will go up for order in next week's newsletter. Stretched out the buzz and anticipation even longer.
