seroiusly your better off buying a new one because it will be under warrenty... Its almost guarenteed it will break at least once. yes i do own one and and a ps3 and i perfer 360.

Def buy new dude. I heard the newer ones has a better cooling system installed to avoid the "red ring of death" problem. And being under warranty is a big deal. It's almost guaranteed to break on you once.
