Is is just me or does your newly painted Ursus look like Urko more in the face sculpt than Ursus?
Where did you get the neck peice for Urko? Was it from the Hasbro figure or did you cut the one off of the Sideshow Ursus uniform?

Hey Stickman, I noticed that your Forbidden Zone Taylor's head was on the Slave Taylor's body. What are your steps to changing the head? I was going to but when I trid, I heard the Springs inside tweek and pop and it scared me out of trying any harder. I was afraid I was going to pull his head and insides out all in one pull and break him:horror

Yes- Does it ruin it forever if you take off the head? I'd like to know. Your displays look just great!

Dr. I suggest boiling some water and soaking the heads for a few seconds before removing. No, it doesn't ruin the figure. However, If you attempt to remove the head without doing this step you may cause severe damage to the neck joint.

P.S. Yes I cut the neck piece out from a spare SSC Ursus

Awesome work... Love the Star Trek arriving on POTA.
What type of camera/lighting are you using?
This is exactl the type of diorama set-up that I'd like to eventually do with my SW and Bond Sideshow.

Thanks DN,

I used a Sony DVX 100 and an Canon XL1S, with a 3 point lighting scheme; Backlight, Key, and fill.

I used 200W mini-moles. Lowel lights are also handy. Actually common light bulbs 15w, 25w, 4ow, 60w 75w, 100w, & 200w soft lights could also be used used.

Hey thanks guys, I wish you could see the whole story. I like doing Stop Action, and if you look at all the pictures in this thread, I've pretty much applied that practice to all the scenes you see. SideShow remains one of the best American companies that allows to me practise this dying artform!
