maybe it's just the angle and lighting? I have a one of those Bruce Willis Die Hard 4.0 Subway figures, and from certain angles he looks just like Bruce, but from others doesn't look a thing like him.

I would have preferred a pose more like this. Seems more in line with her character in the movie.

it could be in any pose you'd want if SS would've made figures from this instead of stupid Van Helsing.

oh, totally. i would never say Underworld was great. but, i know awesome figure potential when i see it. and van helsing wasn't entertaining at all.

I think it's awesome. And I love the sculpt, too! I think it captures her extremely well. She should look somewhere between pissed off and deep in thought. In all of my favorite images of her, that's how she looks. I hate lifeless, "deer in the headlight" sculpts. The pistols could be more chrome, but that's barely worth noting overall.

If there's anything wrong with it, it's that she's painted a bit too pale. And the ares under her eyes are painted a bit dark, which makes her look old. The eyes (iris and pupil) should have been centered rather than partially covered by the upper lid. Paint can always be adjusted later, though.The sculpt itself is really well done.

I don't even remember. LOL It's been about 3 years since this project started. It think it's around $500 or so.

I can see the concerns about the likeness but it's pretty damn good in person. Basically the same as any other piece, some people see the likeness others don't.

You are right about being a little pale compared to the screen shots but it's ok in person. In regards to her looking old, to me she actually looks younger.

I'm gonna get some more shots up this weekend.

I'm not sure if this kit is even available any more. You might try and contact x-factor and see if they're going to be casting any more.

I think there are some other kits around that may have a similar pose. To me I like the way this one is setup up. The coat is a must.

Awesome - I like it a lot. If it were a PF, I'd be green with envy. I'd seen this in stages and hadn't been that big a fan, but seeing the paintup I have to say that it's great.

I think it looks great. It is clearly KB. There are a couple of other sculpts out there that I like better, just on a purely personal and aesthetic level but this is definitely the best costume I have ever seen, so the overall result makes this one a homerun.

Aside from the fact that I don't really see Kate, this piece is nice!!!:banana I can't believe how much you paid for it...I'm new to collecting though so right now it seems like a lot.

I think you're very lucky to have gotten this piece. Congrats and I hope we see something from Sideshow soon!!!
