I had this issue as well.

There is a minimum character limit of 10.. and was just trying jack up the post with smilies but it wouldn't allow it.

Guess i'll just have to start using more text.

Ten is a nice round number that isn't rediculous, but is enough to add some
spice/flavor/zip to a post with all of the cool smilies at our disposal. Please?

Don't change it, PLEAAAAAAAAASE, 3 or 4 is PLENTY to get your point accross, we don't need endless dancing bananas and bliss smilies to know your happy, one or two even if your feeling really special, but no need for more then that.
