Ok I just to work some more on him this afternoon and decided to go with real hair for it. I am adding some more but so far I am happy with the effect.

Some of it is Super sculpey. Other part are Sculpey Firm.

Ok I had some more time to work on him. I got the painting started off pretty good. I have his "hair" tied back pretty tight in the picture till I can get it styled

That's pretty awesome. My only suggestion would be that the little head on his headpiece looks like it's smiling instead of screaming like on the original.
