New record breaking omelette!!

Well, I just finished making the biggest omelette I think I've ever made. ooohhh and am I ever stuffed.

I took pictures of it 'cause that's one weird quirk I have, when I make something somewhat outrageous, I like to document its existence. :rolleyes

I even weighed the thing using a styrofoam cup and coins on a scale, then I figured out the weight of that cup and coins to be about just over 2/3 of a pound, just over 0.3 kilos. :thud

Yep. It's a series. A series of food-related threads.

First was salad, second was grilled cheese. Latest, this third one is omelette.

What next, I wonder? We shall see!

This doesn't count as my next food-related adventure, because it's similar to the omelette 'cause it's from the same day, and it's a sandwich. I just tried to make a sandwich that was .. cartoony looking. Garfield and Dagwood make super gigantic sanwiches, but this doesn't really compare.

also sidenote- much of my entire appartment is decorated with Coca Cola motif. It's fun!

I bet people have made taller sandwiches to this anyway. But here it is-

I feel ya, NM! And the omlette rocks, but this weekend you are going to put me to the test. I am going to see how big I can make one... But I took this last weekend, I was amazed how much bacon I could fit onto this griddle my girl got me(to cook for her) for xmiss...
