Thanks for the scoop, Wookster! If this is any idication of how good the figures will be, then Hot Toys will be raising the bar yet again. I can't wait to get them all.

I don't know, I'd guess somewhere in the $60 to $80 bracket, but don't quote me!
And yeah, that Heath Ledger/Joker is totally off the scale.

They still don't do it for me. Batman looks sort of wistful, and the set of his jaw doesn't look resolute enough; the Joker looks too much like a conventional bad guy rather than an insane one; that, and he's slightly fat-faced.

i thought these were the specs for the 1/6 scale figures!!!!!

these look awesome though. here's to hoping for some great figs soon.

WOW! Great sculpts! If only these were the 1/6 figs!
I thought that too when I checked in....
That Joker is MUCH too clean for my tastes! He needs more...character...but they are nice nonetheless. That tip of the head is cool!

Looks like these are all HT may have come movie release time, and the figs come later....

they have made HUGE improvements on Christian Bale's face, especially his mouth, compared to their Batman figure from earlier.

IMO both look fantastic! Especially the Joker, nothing wrong with either bust, another great job done by Hot Toys!

yeah we are going to retail them at $79.95 or $89.95 just trying to estimate the shipping costs from HK...

These do look awesome, though.

I do hope the first 1/6 Batman in this line is the original BEGINS costume. If so, I'll definitely get it, but I have zero interest in a figure based on the new suit.

Wow, little bummed Batman's head isn't poseable, but I like how they did the bust and the uninterrupted cowl is better looking so I'm fine with it, happy to see Joker looks poseable. Consider these ORDERED

according to the specs it says limited head movement - but i'm not sure how that would happen looking at the sculpt.
