And no, this isn't an April Fool's joke -- IndianaJonesShop.com, the new online store for all things Indy, will be offering scores of new exclusives and products when it opens its virtual doors in one week -- mark your calendars now!!!

Why, you ask, should you show up for IndianaJonesShop's grand opening? Because a bunch of limited exclusives will be posted on opening day, with 10% knocked off all products between 12:01 am EST and 8:59 pm EST! Not only that, there's a special gift with purchases over $100 while supplies last (more on that in a moment). But like all things Indy, you just gotta check out what's (literally) in-store for the upcoming Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull!

While StarWarsShop has offered a limited selection of Indiana Jones wares over the past year, you've now got a retail destination for all things Indy -- no need to search through riff-raff to locate those Indy treasures!

IndianaJonesShop.com will be launching with over 100 products, adding new items every week. There's no doubt about it -- IndianaJonesShop is the new home of Indy products -- exclusives, vintage, new, and imported!

In addition to a 10% discount on all Indy products opening day, orders totaling $100 and over will receive a vintage issue of Marvel's original Indiana Jones comic book series for free. A fresh stash of these were recently discovered within Lucasfilm's own Licensing Archives, and were set aside exclusively for this launch event.

Here's a little bit of what you can expect to find when IndianaJonesShop launches April 1st:

Shared Exclusive Gentle Giant Bronze Indy on Horse Statue
Authentic vintage Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom 1984 theatrical posters (both the Style "A" and Style "B")
Exclusive Crystal Skull Theatrical Poster
Exclusive T-Shirts and Accessories
Shared Exclusive Indiana Jones: The Ultimate Guide Collectors Edition
LEGO Indiana Jones Sets
Full line of new Hasbro Indiana Jones action figures and toys
Kotobukiya Collectible ARTFX Statues
...and much, MUCH more!

Don't be counted a fool April 1st -- make sure your browser is locked to IndianaJonesShop.com anytime between 12:01 am EST and 8:59 pm EST to get the launch-day discount and free gift while supplies last!

You're just realizing this now? The minute I heard a new Indy movie was coming I knew. The state of Star Wars collectibles over the last few years is rediculously over-saturated and it was only a matter of time before Lucasfilm killed another property...

My mistake was actually NOT creating a new thread for this a few days ago (and witness the usual +++++ing and moaning), instead posting it in the "Calendar" thread. I can't win for losing. :lol

Oh I know, but I wasn't sure if a new Indy was enough to warrant a website... thats more long haul that slash and burn.

I just ordered the Two Temple of Doom posters just to be on the safe side. If they are still available on the 1st(which I am sure they will), I will cancel this order and re-order with the 10% discount.

Well, the main thing I wanted was the Collector's Edition of "The Ultimate Guide" (because they'll only have 200 copies of that total). But I already secured that via SWS, so I'll just take a casual "wait and see" attitude when the IndyShop launches.

Their prices for a lot of stuff are higher than normal. The Adventure Heroes figures, for example, are $9.99 on the IndianaJonesShop site, and $5.99 on the HasbroToyShop site, and that's what they will be in stores. The same seems true of the regular action figures. Of course the selection is better on IndianaJonesShop, but I would research the prices of things before buying. Even with the 10% discount, you may not be getting a great deal on some items.

And Star Wars Shop has some of the worst shipping rates I've ever seen. The Indy Shop has naturally inherited them.

Yeah, and what's with the 40% increase on the last couple of character keys??? People complain about Sideshow's prices going up, but these things went from $25 to $35 in one (ok, maybe two) hit(s)!!! They were good at $25, but now I have to really stop and think about it at $35! I think they killed their sweet spot where people don't think about, but just order it.

I noticed that too, which is why I'm backing off on the keys. Indy is the only one I wanted, so I'll take the price increase to get it. I did think about collecting the line, but now, not at $35 a pop.

I like the keys too. First it was the maquettes and now the keys. Another fun line I have to back off on now because of the price increases.

The Crate paperweight (with the 3 blind chase artifacts variations) is the 2008 Con Exclusive. The others should just be straight retail products. They are:

Paperclip Holder (Grail)
Pen/Pencil Holder (Fertility Idol)
Business Card Holder (Ark of the Covenant)

No idea when GG will actively solicit them to retailers/authorized dealers, though they have advertised them in Previews a couple of times (no prices or release dates were given).

I'm not sure why the Mighty Muggs say "Out of Stock/Backordered". As far as I know, those aren't supposed to ship until May 1, either. Were they actually showing "In Stock" before? May be just a glitch on their system.

Indeed. It's bad enough to release them in different 3 variations... but to make them blind-boxed chase variations is clearly peeing in the face of collectors/fans. You could theoretically spend $100+ on three different ones and end up with the very same version and have to resort to trading or eBay to complete the set. Freakin' Hostile Midget. :banghead

Thanks! I pre-ordered Series 1. Funny, I was just on their site earlier this morning and didn't see them. They must have just posted it. Don't mind paying the extra money to get the entire set. Beats driving all over town hunting them down. If the popularity of the SW Mighty Muggs is any indication, these may end up being hard to find, especially Indy.
