Karma?

Sometimes people post things and instead of replying with a one liner I would love to be able to give karma with that one liner to say 'Yes' I agree or 'I disagree' you suck! Ok well I would say you suck much, much nicer, but you know... :)

HAHAHA.

It's something that each member gets if you agree with them or not. There is either a scale or a little icon on each post. A member who either agrees or disagrees with you can click that icon and choose to leave you positive or negative feedback for your post.

Like if someone posted, Buffy is the best show ever. I would give them postive karma :)

If the karma part was activated on this board, it's totally optional. If you don't feeling giving it to someone, you don't.

:lol Well if I'm correct you don't get to see who repped you either way you just get the points either negative or positive....although you can only rep so many times per person per day so you get a funny little message that says

"You must spread more rep before giving to _________ again"

People will usually copy and paste that into the response to show the intention of rep. Its interesting and fun to a point but all in all completely unnecessary in the grand scheme of things

the problem with this is we already have a thread rating system which is pretty much useless except it gives shai something to do. we dont need people filling up threads with posts that say "dude you've been repped :rock".
