Cool. I really hope sideshow shows us the PF before the 12" ships. I just don't know which one I want more.
won't be long now before ES are 1500 MINIMUM on the higher end stuff. The scrooge in me doesn't like the publicity
I told myself as I was posting this, "Some fool's gonna post that it was posted before." Sorry. I'm not online enough to catch everything. (And I'm glad it was you, Josh, and not some other fool. I mean, we're ALL fools here, y'know.)

Just hold onto your small ES, older stuff. I noticed on one of P!tu's videos that people were asking him, "Where do you go to find this awesome stuff?" Not everyone knows of Sideshow, not even at this point. Once the viral marketing goes into effect, then it'll be all over.
funny Monk, my thoughts exactly. Maybe i'm being a little hasty, but I'm picking up the older stuff NOW, because the prices certainly aren't coming down. That is for SS stuff, GG is a whole other story.
And here's hoping the added publicity doesn't go to SS's head and quality suffers in order to meet the larger demand...

I like to hear Brant use the word "bevy."

So is the idol becoming the exclusive for the PF? :monkey5
Seriously I can't wait to see the Indy PF I have very high hopes for this piece and I hope the piece can make up for it.

It's starting to look that way, eh? :rock

I can imagine the PF exclusive being the Fertility Idol as well as the pedestal that it sits on, much like Doom's cup and pedestal.
That would :rock

Exclusive idol with pedestool would make one hell of an exclusive. It's one I could pass on, but depending on how Indy is posed it could easily be a must have. I wouldn't mind the PF being of him about to switch the idol with the sandbag, but I don't think the idol could be the exclusive then...

It's the createning of the artistical objectifications and likenings.
And "Bevvy" is spelled with two vees.

i thought it was the 1:1 3P0 sideshow has in their lobby. As for a PF Indy, count me out, I'm an articulation junkie, so statues do very little for me. I'm much more excited about the 1:6th Indy because of all the stuff you can do with it in addition to looking at it and dusting it. :monkey1
Oh and someone needs to make a quality 1:12th Indy. please......

Dictionary.com lists it as "bevy" and Microsoft Word auto-corrects "bevvy" into "bevy" with one V.
Allwords.com lists "bevvy" as slang for an alcoholic beverage.

I always use "host" instead of 'bevy." "Plethora" is also good.

Like my definition of "sculpturing," my claim that "bevy" is spelled with two "vees" was a facetious remark, Tom. :)

Generally, bevy is used in relation to beasts, just like a flock of birds, a school of fish, a herd of cows, a fold of sheep, a leap of leopards, a gaggle of geese, a pride of lions, etc. ...

I've also heard it used to refer to Sideshow products...

I'm actually glad it is taking a while, Q2 is really kicking my ass and Q3 is off to that start as well. I'd love for Indy to hit in Q4 so I can easily budget him in.

If it's announced anytime soon chances are it might still be a Q2 or Q3 release.
The first INDY PF been in the works for a while. At least as far back as SDCC '07, or before.
