i love it. i love how she's wearing that thick hat to keep her head warm but her belly's exposed. that's chicks for ya. better to look good than be comfortable.

I think that's the cygirls 2.0 body.

Its definately not the new Triad Otaku body.

I'm no fan of the character but that's another great looking custom.

The Otaku is a totally different Triad body.

This is the EVA.

Okay, is there a definitive answer on this body? Who makes these, and are they available, prototypes, coming soon or something else all together? I've never seen it before, it's looks pretty damn great.
