1:Classic Cobra Commander


2:Hooded CC, blue

There have been numorous other versions, but I think these 4 are your primary incarnations of CC.

So which CC do most hope Sideshow gives us?
 
Number 1 would be my vote, CC's cooler with the mystery of the helmet hiding what lies beneath, wondering if he's human or what.
 
1 and 2 are classic and need to be the first versions of him but I would be for an armored one later on in the line.
 
#1 with additional #2 mask. He had the lighter suit with the darker hooded mask in the cartoon. I'll get any Cobra Commander figure so it doesn't matter to me.

I have a feeling we will get the hooded mask first though. The only question is, what will the head sculpt underneath look like? Because a sculpted hood mask head wouldn't work in this scale.
 
Version 1 and two are CLOSE enough to eah other that they really don't need, IMHO different figures. it should be one figure with both heads.
Some people will cry Blasphemy on that I'm sure.
But that's my vote. i want 1 and 2. :D
 
Definitely the masked version for me.

3 reasons:

1. The mask seemed to match his personality and whiny voice in the cartoon more

2. The masked version had the sweet vintage card art

3. The masked version was the one I had as a kid

The hood is a close second but if I have a choice silver mask is probably the only one I'll buy.

That would require either a removable helmet or additional head for the hooded version. Either way, I think either version is too popular to be the exclusive, but that might indeed be the exclusive, or in this case INclusive?

So if that counts as the Hooded version, then that's the one I want most.
I'd also want the 1st helmeted version, but not nearly as much.

I would love that version too! :rock

Basically, I'll take anything but the armored (which won't happen since we don't have a Vader yet) first.
